The Wauwatosa Mayfair Rotary welcomed Major General Donald P. Dunbar, Wisconsin's Adjutant General, Wisconsin National Guard, at a recent meeting. Maj. Gen. Dunbar shared his stories and presented on the essential, effective, and responsive military and emergency management capability the Wisconsin National Guard, through its local members, provides for both Wisconsin and the nation.
